Padlock Charm (Medium)

There is something about a lock that has always felt like more than just a lock. It is security. It is privacy. It is the thing you put on what matters most to you. It is also, depending on who you are and what you carry, a symbol of a love you declared somewhere permanent, or a reminder that you get to decide who has access to you. The lock has meant a lot of different things to a lot of different people for a very long time. That is the mark of a good symbol. This one is clean, solid, and deeply satisfying. The body is a smooth squared rectangle with softly rounded corners and two subtle vertical ridges running down the front that give it just enough visual interest without over-complicating it. The shackle, the curved arch at the top, is thick and perfectly proportioned, sitting flush into the body the way a real padlock does. The whole thing is chunky and three dimensional and has a quiet confidence to it. No frills. No fuss. Just a beautifully made little lock in gold. It is the kind of charm that looks like it costs more than it does and pairs with absolutely everything. Medium size (see photo next to dime for scale) Gold-finish stainless steel Smooth squared body with subtle ridge detailing Thick rounded shackle Fully three dimensional Charm only, no chain included (pairs beautifully with any of our chains in the charm bar)
