Package Protection - highly recommend

*If you'd like to decline package protection, you can do so by unchecking the box near the checkout button- note we are not covering loss if unchecked. By selecting Package Protection at checkout and paying a small additional fee, your order will be protected from damage, loss, or theft. If your order never arrives or is damaged when it arrives, you can easily file a claim with our team and receive a replacement order or be reimbursed. If your package has been marked "delivered", yet you have not received it, please wait at least 2 days, after delivery confirmation to file a claim. This is happening more and more often where USPS will say "delivered" and they are not at your home yet. So please wait, check with neighbors, family members, or look in unusual places (maybe a garage) for the package before contacting us.  To file a claim, contact us with your Order ID, contact info, and a description of the problem, and we will get back to you within 24 hrs.

If you declined Package Protection, and your package has been lost, stolen, or damaged, please contact the Mail Carrier.
