P60vn Light Engines

Some notable details outline below: Raw copper pill for reflector: Upgrade from brass to copper - Increase from 6g to 14g weight, 1mm shelf to 4mm shelf, thermal conductivity from  109W/mK to 385WmK (Aluminum is 205W/mK). Tested in Sky Lumen Nguyen Host - Brass Pill P60vn + SBT90.2 = 3800Lumen while Copper Pill P60vn +SBT90.2 = 4700Lumen!!! Nickel plated copper slug for triple & quad optics: 57g weight + clear narrow optics tuned for best throw. Nickel plated copper slug for 12 LED mule & quad optics SFT40: 71g weight + clear narrow optics tuned for best throw. Max out mass to handle the 12 LED mule. Quad SFT40 + Optics also use this slug and is 3.5mm taller than the 12 LED mule. Will fit is most host but yield a gap from head to body that can be filled in with a thick Oring.  All LED MBPCB are solder bonded to copper pill/slug for best heat sinking  See user programable DriverVN4 and DriverVN1.52 here Default smooth reflector unless noted otherwise Reflector = tight hot spot with corona and wide spill Optics = most of quoted lumen all in one large hot spot right on target with minimal negligible spill Mule = bare LEDs close to lens for flat ultra wide wall of light like light bulb  2.5V - 6V working voltage for all light engines except item A to E which is 2-4 cells Single 4.2V unprotected cell recommended. 2*CR123A OK for emergency on lower levels.  Must wrap P60vn tightly before putting in host for best heat sinking  P60vn Quad SFT42R/C50 will have a bezel gap when installed in Surefires host.
