Pop-U-Lar

Pop-U- Lar  was inspired by some famous jeweled slippers that make a sneaky appearance during the song Popular. It is a ruby red jelly polish loaded with various sizes of ruby red glitter and microflakies. This polish will dry with texture. I like this one best in 2 coats topped with 1-2 coats of Painted Phalanges SMOOTH glitter smoothing layer and SHINY top coat.       This listing is for one 15mL bottle. These polishes have been worn repeatedly and have not caused any visible staining. Each person is different and all pigments have the possibility of staining so your experience may not be the same. I always recommend 1-2 coats of good base coat and top  This product is 10 FREE.
