Republic P-47 Thunderbolt (Little Chief) Large Mahogany Model

A late start didn't prevent the Republic P-47B from leaving its mark on World War II. The plane entered the fight in November 1942 and it was unlike anything Allied forces had flown before. It was big, weighing in at almost twice as much as its contemporaries. With that heft came security. The plane could take absorb bullets like jabs and keep on flying. Affectionately called "The Jug" this heavyweight fighter helped deliver a knockout blow to Axis Powers. This exquisite Republic P-47B Thunderbolt Mahogany Model is handcrafted by our master craftsmen from the finest Mahogany Wood. Attention is given to every detail, resulting in unsurpassed quality. Models come complete with a detachable wood display stand. The model will be delivered to your door securely in a foam fitted shipping box.
