No. OVID only produces Hexameter in vintages where the Cabernet Franc meets their strict standards of excellence. 2021 is one such exceptional year. How does this compare to OVID’s proprietary red blend? While the flagship OVID Red Blend showcases more Cabernet Sauvignon, Hexameter leans heavily into Cabernet Franc, offering more floral lift, graphite minerality, and aromatic complexity. Can this wine be cellared long-term? Absolutely. With its structured tannins and layered complexity, it will continue evolving beautifully for 20+ years.
