Overwhelmed

The following poem depicts the meaning behind the art, written by the artist. streams run down my face as i just lay here feeling as blue as the sky i see outside this foggy window just me and my thoughts passing by like clouds some holding heavier weight than others and some as light as the breeze i cry from time to time not due to a feeling of sadness or despair just feeling the weight of the world over my shoulders a message that life doesn’t stop for anyone not even for me overwhelming me with many questions “how do i continue?” “how do i slow down?” “how do i become all i’m meant to be?” tears fall to water new roots i tell myself why is the path in front of me more difficult? i ask “it’s because your calling is greater” the earth tells me i see myself in the trees the fields of grass that dry out so constantly yet become full again a pattern so familiar in everything around me in everything inside of me tears fall to water new roots a reminder that i too shall bloom again PRINT DETAILS Both full print / white border print options available               - Full print: image is printed to edges               - White border print: image is printed including white border on edges Size 8.5x11 is handled directly by artist printed on high quality photo paper with luster finish ALL poster sizes are printed on high quality photo paper with matte finish Measurements are taken in inches
