Galfer Oversize Wave Front Brake Rotors / '00-'14 Models

Enhance your Harley's braking performance with Galfer USA's Oversize WAVE Front Brake Rotors, specifically designed for models from 2000 to 2014. This premium rotor line combines advanced engineering and high-quality materials to provide superior stopping power and reliability. Available in sizes 12.5" or 13", these rotors are tailored to meet the needs of Harley riders who demand the best in performance upgrades. Key Features: For 00-14 Big Twin, 00-13 XL (except 08-14 FLHT/FLHR/FLTR/FLHX and H-D FL Trikes, Springer, V-Rod, 06-14 FXD) Oversize Full-Floating Design: The full-floating rotor design allows the outer brake ring to expand and contract freely under high heat, which reduces stress on the rotor and increases its lifespan. This design also improves the feel and modulation of the braking system. Easy Installation: These rotors feature a bolt-on design that is compatible with the stock hub pattern, ensuring a straightforward installation process without the need for additional modifications. High-Quality Materials: Made from high-carbon 420 stainless steel, known for its durability and resistance to warping under extreme conditions. This material ensures that the rotors maintain their structural integrity and performance over time. Precision Manufacturing: Each rotor is laser-cut (never stamped) and double-disc parallel ground to ensure perfect flatness. This meticulous production process guarantees that each rotor meets Galfer's high standards for quality and performance. Heat Treatment: Specifically heat-treated for each application, which optimizes the physical properties of the stainless steel to withstand the thermal stresses encountered during braking. Additional Considerations: Brake Caliper Relocation Brackets: Note that these rotors may require brake caliper relocation brackets for installation, which are not included. This is necessary to accommodate the larger size of the oversize rotors. Optimal Compatibility and Performance: For the best results and to extend the lifespan of the rotors, Galfer strongly recommends using these rotors in conjunction with Galfer brake pads. This combination ensures that both components are perfectly matched for optimal friction properties and wear characteristics.  Click Here for Galfer Brake Pads  Why Choose Galfer USA Oversize WAVE Front Brake Rotors?
