Primo Oval Junior Rotisserie Kit

The Primo Oval Junior Rotisserie Kit is the rotisserie for the Primo Oval Junior. Each Primo rotisserie is built for one grill, and this is the Junior's, so the size word in the title settles the compatibility question outright. Turning meat over a fire does something no fixed position can. Fat that renders out runs around the surface of the roast instead of dripping straight off one face, so the meat bastes itself continuously in its own fat rather than drying on the side facing the heat. Nothing sits still long enough to scorch, skin dries and tightens as it passes through the hot air, and the whole exterior colours at the same rate. That is why a rotisserie chicken tastes different from a roasted one, and it works on a small grill exactly as it does on a large one. Made for the Primo Oval Junior ceramic charcoal grill. The rotisserie accessories are not size specific, so the Primo 3-sided rotisserie basket and the Primo kebab holder both ride on this kit. Put a Primo half drip pan for the Oval Junior underneath to catch what comes off.
