Oval Banneton Baskets - 2 Pack

This set of two oval bread proofing banneton baskets is designed to support the natural fermentation process that gives artisan bread its structure, flavor, and signature crust. Each basket gently cradles the dough as it proofs, helping it hold shape while allowing airflow to wick away excess moisture. The result is better oven spring, more defined scoring, and a crust that bakes up crisp and beautiful. Each banneton is crafted in a classic oval shape and includes a fitted linen liner, giving you flexibility for different dough styles. Use the liner for smoother doughs or remove it to create traditional spiral flour rings on rustic loaves. These bannetons are sized for home bakers who want consistency without sacrificing the soul of handmade bread. Whether you are baking naturally leavened sourdough or yeasted sandwich loaves, these proofing baskets bring intention and reliability to every rise.
