Outer Shell Rack Bag

Versatile Rack Bag for Commuting and Overnight Adventures This bag was born from three years of iterations, riding the city commute to after work overnighters and beyond. Inside, you can fit a 13" laptop, sleeping bag, cooking pot, extra clothes, and more. It's identical to the Outer Shell 137 Basket Bag but larger and sized for the Wald 1392 rack. It also fits a variety of other large racks using movable attachment straps for universal compatibility. Two buckled straps secure the bottom, while the lid keeps everything down tight but still accessible with one hand. The lid features an elastic cord running through it with hooks like a bungee net for external cargo. Shoulder strap attachment points make this bag excellent off-bike as well. With the side inserts removed, the bag can cinch down into an elegant triangle, so you're not lugging around a bulky box. Add Outer Shell dividers for additional organization in the main compartment. Refined Through Real Riding Three years of design iterations tested on city commutes and overnight bikepacking trips. Movable attachment straps allow universal mounting on different rack sizes and styles. Two buckled bottom straps secure the bag to the rack platform for stable carrying. Lid closure keeps contents secure and protected while remaining accessible with one hand. Integrated elastic cord with hooks on lid functions like a bungee net for external items. Shoulder strap attachment points transform the bag into an off-bike carry solution. Removable side inserts allow the bag to cinch down into a compact triangle shape when not fully loaded.
