Out There Vol. 1

In this first annual collection of R.C. Monroe's comic strip OUT THERE, we are introduced to Miriam, a pretty bartender determined - somewhat - to change the less savory aspects of her lifestyle. When she runs into John, a mysterious, almost saint-like ascetic, it appears she may have found the mentor she didn't even realize she was seeking. Or maybe just another unhealthy obsession. This volume also introduces the core of the OUT THERE cast, including Miriam's best friend, the sensible and sarcastic Sherry, as well as Chuck, James, and Clayton.  176 pages, B&W.
