Oud Maximus

"It is something you were once physically unable to experience — a rare sensation beyond reach. Today, many know what oud is. But only a few have encountered the full, untamed power of oud when revealed through a masterfully composed blend. In Oud Maximus, the concentration of natural oud oils is remarkably high. To preserve the integrity of other notes, a special technique was developed to harmonize Laotian, Indian, and Thai oud with four types of rose oil — from India, the Himalayas, Indonesia, and France. The fragrance opens with the animalic allure of Laotian oud, brightened by jasmine and citrus notes. The heart blooms with a voluminous accord of ambery roses and magnolia. The base is deep and magnetic — a fusion of precious oud oils, a smooth civet, and a musk nuance that gives the blend roundness and sensuality. This is how Oud Maximus is born: a fragrance that reveals the profound and emotional soul of oud — complex, wild, and luminous. Created by Dmitry Bortnikoff, this special extrait is a tribute to his son, Maxim."   Main Accords: Oud, Musky, Animalic Top Notes: Bergamot, Sweet Orange, Pink Pepper, Jasmine Sambac, Cardamom Heart Notes: Rose de Mai, Himalayan Rose, Indian Rose, Hybrid Rose, Attar Gulab, Magnolia, Frangipani, Clove, Tonka Bean Base Notes: Indian Oud, Oud Roots Trat, Oud Purple co Chang (Feel-oud), Oud from Sri Lanka (Feel-oud), Birch Tar, Tolu Balsam, Vanilla, Musk, Civet Launch Year: 2018     We understand that Authenticity is of great concern when purchasing a branded product from an online store.
