Oud Edition Sample

The scent The artist This is a 2 ml spray sample. Find the full bottle here.  The softer side of oud lives here. While Pierre Montale is known for creating robust, intense ouds, this one is different, staying on the lighter side of the oud spectrum. There’s a suede like quality to this oud, similar to when new leather begins to soften and become more malleable. A delicate pairing with just a hint of rose is what tones down the oud so it’s not so overpowering like the standout oud’s by Montale. Mystical and balsamic in texture, this edition of oud is easy to wear but still gets you longevity you desire with it lasting from morning to early evening.     Notes include oud, leather, rose, sandalwood, incense, and musk.     Montale is the creation of Pierre Montale, who worked as an official perfumer for the Saudi royal family before returning to Paris to introduce Western perfume lovers to the rich world of Middle Eastern perfumery ingredients.
