OSTARA // Spring Tonic Herbal Tea

OSTARA Herbal Tea is our take on a spring tonic, designed to nourish, cleanse, and revitalize the body from the long winter months. This blend is made using classic spring herbs like dandelion, cleavers, nettle, and red clover blossoms. It contains highly nutritive herbs to replenish the body and prepare it for the coming warmer months. Ostara, celebrated on the spring equinox, signifies when day and night are of equal lengths. It represents rebirth, renewal, and the slow return of the sun. All herbs used in this blend correspond to the spring equinox and the sun. It's perfect to use in any Ostara ritual you may be planning for the equinox. Aroma + Taste: herbaceous, grassy, fresh, minty THE RITUAL DRINKING - Pour one cup of boiling water over one tablespoon of herbs. Allow steep for 5-15 minutes. Feel free to experiment with different amounts of tea + steep times to find your perfect cup of tea.  BATHING - Pour four cups of boiling water over ¼ cup of herbs. Allow to steep for at least 20 minutes, but can be left to steep for hours. Strain and add directly to bath water. Please compost herbs + bag when finished.
