Orvis Superfine Graphite Fly Rod

The Superfine series acknowledges that fish often live in small, technical streams that demand tiny flies and light tippets. Across the series, lower modulus graphite delivers slow to moderate actions, making Superfine rods ideal for fishing spring creeks and small freestone streams for trout and panfish. They’re perfect for blue-lining up rhododendron-choked tributaries where the fish may be small, but their beauty is unmatched. Each model includes a four-piece matte gray blank with a vintage white label and handwritten script, plus a black anodized aluminum uplocking reel seat with a cork insert. Outfitted with hard chrome snake guides, chrome stripping guides with silicone carbide inserts, and a cigar-style cork grip. Every Superfine Graphite Fly Rod comes with a cloth-covered rod tube and printed rod sock. The 2-wt. Superfine Graphite, also known as The Ultrafine, is a 7'9" rod beautifully designed for presenting smaller dries and emergers.
