Ortega Pant - 13oz Rust Herringbone

Freenote's Ortega Pant is their take on the classic carpenter's pant, cut with a comfortable high rise and a relaxed straight leg. Not too wide, they're a perfect medium that looks good with boots or sneakers, and feature comfortably roomy thighs and a relaxed top block that fits just about everyone. They're made from a 10oz Japanese HBT (herringbone twill) fabric, with a stiff hand that will soften dramatically over time from wear and washing, changing from a more rigid fabric to something much more relaxed and draping. The directional nature and open weave of HBT allow it to breathe better than other 100% cotton fabrics, making it more comfortable during the hotter seasons of the year. They're packed with all sorts of details, from the usual Freenote fare (flat-felled legs, Japanese fabric pocket bags, custom metal hardware, and 1/8" double-needle sewing details) to the more specialized — the single outer tool pocket, the reinforcements on every pocket, and the lined double knees with debris turnouts. Fits slightly large. Wash cold and hang dry. 100% cotton 10oz Japanese HBT High rise Full thigh Straight leg Felled leg seams Japanese fabric pocket bags Custom metal hardware Reinforced pockets Double knees with debris turnouts Hammer loops and tool pockets on outer thigh Rinsed Custom labels Runs large Made in Southern California, USA
