Nose: The aroma is enchanting, with a bouquet of dried fruits, particularly apricots and figs, leading the charge. Underneath, a sweet melody reminiscent of caramelized sugar plays alongside a backdrop of seasoned oak and a whisper of floral notes. Delve deeper, and you'll find a subtle hint of peat smoke, like a secret from an old tale. Palate: The first sip greets you with a rich, velvety texture that drapes the palate. A procession of dark cherries and plums marches in, followed by a cavalcade of spices—cloves, black pepper, and a whisper of cinnamon. Midway, a delightful nuttiness emerges, almonds and walnuts in perfect harmony with strokes of honey and vanilla. Finish: The finish is enduring, leaving a slightly smoky signature on the palate. It's a parting gift of dark chocolate, a hint of espresso, and a finale of salted caramel.
