Orijen | Original

We carry Orijen Original because it's simply one of the best kibbles on the market, and it's been a top seller here at Dog Dish for good reason. This food is built on the idea that dogs are ancestral carnivores who thrive on a biologically appropriate diet packed with whole animal ingredients. When you see how dogs do on this food, you'll understand why our customers keep coming back for it. What sets Orijen apart is that impressive 85% animal ingredient content – we're talking fresh and raw free-run chicken, turkey, and wild-caught fish as the foundation. They use what they call WholePrey ingredients, which means organs and bone are included to mimic what dogs would naturally consume in the wild. This approach delivers incredibly nutrient-dense nutrition that you can actually see working in your dog's coat, energy levels, and overall vitality. This formula works beautifully for adult dogs of all sizes who need high-quality nutrition to fuel their daily adventures. We stock it in three sizes here at the store: 4.5lb bags perfect for trying it out or smaller dogs, 13lb bags for medium dogs or multi-dog households, and 23.5lb bags for larger breeds or families who've made Orijen their go-to choice. It's particularly great for active dogs who need that extra protein boost to keep up with their busy lives.
