Orijen | Original Cat

We carry Orijen Original Cat because it's hands-down one of our best-selling premium cat foods, and for good reason. This is what happens when you take the concept of biologically appropriate nutrition seriously – a recipe that mirrors what cats would naturally hunt and eat in the wild. Our customers consistently tell us their cats not only love the taste but show visible improvements in coat shine and energy levels. What sets this food apart is the incredible 90% animal ingredient content, featuring fresh free-run chicken and turkey plus wild-caught fish. The WholePrey approach means you're getting muscle meat, organs, and bone in ratios that deliver complete nutrition naturally, plus they add a freeze-dried coating that cats absolutely go crazy for. It's protein-rich and fat-forward, exactly what obligate carnivores like our feline friends are designed to thrive on. This formula works beautifully for adult cats of all sizes who are doing well on high-protein diets. We especially see great results with active cats, indoor cats who need nutrient-dense food, and honestly any cat parent who wants to feed the absolute best. We keep this in one size, and trust me, once you see how your cat responds to it, you'll understand why it flies off our shelves.
