Our framed digital print celebrates the popular booth that opened in 1975 at the Minnesota State Fairgrounds in St. Paul and Falcon Heights. The last tray of curds was sold to a happy customer in the summer of 2016 (sniff, sniff) before the stand was replaced the following summer.
