Original 1227 Brass Wall Light

The Original 1227 Brass Wall Light by Anglepoise brings heritage charm into the present. Its elegant brass detailing and classic silhouette offer warmth and character to any space. Because the shade is adjustable, light can be directed exactly where needed—above a leather couch, beside a media console, or near a round coffee table. Additionally, the integrated switch maintains its clean, timeless look. Designed for longevity, the Original 1227 Brass Wall Light by Anglepoise uses high-quality materials for everyday use. It works well as a task light or accent piece. Whether placed near a modern sofa, in a hallway, or beside a Scandinavian design cabinet, it complements a wide range of interiors. Moreover, it pairs beautifully with mid century modern furniture, making it a go-to wall sconce for modern living. Anglepoise has been redefining lighting since 1932. Invented by George Carwardine, the first Anglepoise lamp used a spring mechanism to stay in place with the lightest touch. Since then, Anglepoise has stayed true to its mission: combining precision, adjustability, and timeless appeal. The Original 1227 Brass Wall Light reflects that legacy—merging iconic form with everyday function for design-conscious spaces.
