A favorite in the coffee world, ORIGAMI is famous for crafting high-quality drinkware and their tea offerings are no exception. Kata means "one side" and Kuchi means "spout." A chawan with a pour spout on one side is called Katakuchi. This special, spouted chawan holds up to 2 cups for whisked usucha (お薄茶) matcha – perfect for pouring tea for 2 or making your favorite morning latte. The bowl's form is ergonomic and comfortable in the hands, and its dense clay body retains heat for even brewing and optimal flavor. We love the modern take on a classic chawan! Also available in black. Size: 118 x 135 x 80H Capacity: 540cc
