Organic Trecce

Crafted in Liguria, a region renowned for its ancient pasta-making tradition, our certified organic artisanal pasta is made with Tuscan wheat and pure mountain spring water. Each shape is bronze-drawn, a traditional technique that creates a textured surface, allowing the sauce to cling beautifully to the pasta. It is then dried slowly at low temperatures, preserving the wheat’s natural flavor and ensuring a firm, al dente bite. Trecce, named for its elegant braided shape, is perfect for hearty tomato and vegetable sauces, or baked pasta dishes. Zia Pia's signature line is inspired by Italy’s rich culinary heritage and those who honor it. We have carefully curated this collection of exceptional products that celebrate tradition, craftsmanship, and flavor, to bring  extraordinary Italian quality to your table, every day.
