Hulled Spelt Berries 2 lbs.

Spelt Berries – Ancient Grain in Its Purest Form The most basic and wholesome form of spelt—the whole, intact grain, just as nature created it. Simple, nourishing, and wonderfully satisfying. Spelt berries have a pleasantly chewy texture and mild, slightly nutty flavor that makes them remarkably versatile in the kitchen. Serve them warm as a hearty side dish, add them to soups and stews, toss them into salads and grain bowls, or use them in place of rice, barley, or other whole grains. Because the entire grain is retained, spelt berries offer the natural goodness of the whole kernel and are an excellent way to bring more whole-grain nourishment and variety to everyday meals. Our spelt berries are grown and harvested on an organic farm in the USA, bringing this ancient grain from the field to your table in one of its simplest and most natural forms. Packaging matters to us, too. We intentionally chose kraft paper bags so that the spelt berries do not come into direct contact with plastic. From the grain itself to the way it is packaged, we believe that simplicity and thoughtful choices matter. Variety: Oberkulmer Net weight: 2 lbs. (907 g.) Product of USA
