Lion's Mane Mushroom Powder: Organic Lion's mane, also known as Hericium erinaceus, is a powerful mushroom that grows all over the Northern Hemisphere. It thrives on old hardwoods, and its name comes from its unique look - a clump of white, hair-like spines that dangle from the base. In countries like Korea, Japan, India, and China, lion's mane has been a popular ingredient in cooking and traditional medicine for centuries. Loaded with vitamins such as thiamine, riboflavin, and niacin, this supplement is packed with nutrients. It's also a great source of minerals like manganese, zinc, and potassium. Lion's mane has been used in Traditional Chinese Medicine for a long time to promote digestion and has more recently been studied for other wellness benefits, including its potential as a nerve tonic. Our lion's mane powder can be easily added to smoothies, hot drinks, or your favorite wellness blend.   Yerba Mate: Organic Meet yerba mate, or as it's known to the native people of South America, mate cocido and chá mate.  This hearty shrub, part of the holly family, packs a punch with potential perks like boosted energy, sharpened concentration, and even heart health support. Plus, it's loaded with antioxidants and other good-for-you plant properties. Although traditionally used for many purposes in its homeland, this herb's main gig is starring in delicious teas, served hot or iced, sometimes with a dash of sweet milk. And it's not just for tea time - yerba mate can also add a tasty twist to spirits and other sips.
