Fine Rolled Spelt

Simple, wholesome, and easy to enjoy, our Fine Rolled Spelt is made from organically grown spelt here in the USA. Unlike our traditional Rolled Spelt, which has large, thick, oat-like flakes, Fine Rolled Spelt has a finer, more delicate texture. The flakes are thinner and more tender and naturally break apart more easily, creating a softer consistency when cooked. Its mild, pleasantly nutty flavor makes it an excellent choice for a warm breakfast porridge, while its finer texture also lends itself beautifully to baking and everyday cooking. Enjoy Fine Rolled Spelt: cooked as a warm breakfast cereal or porridge added to breads, muffins, cookies, and other baked goods stirred into homemade granola or muesli incorporated into savory dishes and recipes calling for rolled grains Made with one simple ingredient: ancient spelt (Oberkulmer). And because we believe that what surrounds your food matters too, we chose natural paper packaging, keeping this simple grain in simple, natural materials. Net weight: 2 lbs. (907 g.)
