Our heritage flour cake mix is perfect for making lovely cakes, from plain afternoon tea breads to rich pound cakes, sponge cakes, rich chocolatey tray bakes, steamed puddings and other sweet baked goods. 29 oz.  (enough for two 5” x 9” loaf pans or  two 8” or 9” inch layer cakes,  a 9" x 13" sheet cake, two dozen cupcakes.)
