Organic Driftless

Wonderstate Coffee's Organic Driftless is a love letter to the rolling hills and valleys of Wisconsin's Driftless Region—a place untouched by glaciers and known for its rich, complex terrain. This 100% organic Peru San Fernando blend captures that same depth and character in the cup, with notes of plum sweetness, buttery toffee, and a dusting of cocoa powder that lingers long after the last sip. It's Wonderstate's bestselling coffee for good reason: balanced, approachable, and endlessly reliable. Tasting Notes Expect a medium-bodied coffee with gentle acidity and a rounded, comforting flavor profile. The plum comes through bright and jammy on the front, giving way to caramelized toffee sweetness in the middle. The finish is clean with cocoa powder undertones—never bitter, always smooth. This is a coffee that drinks like a warm conversation: familiar, inviting, and full of nuance you notice more with each cup. Brew Methods Organic Driftless is beautifully versatile. It shines as a drip coffee or pour over, where its fruit and toffee notes can fully express themselves. It also pulls a gorgeous espresso shot with creamy body and chocolate depth, making it a favorite for milk drinks like lattes and cappuccinos. French press enthusiasts will love the way it brings out cocoa richness, while cold brew drinkers will find it mellow and naturally sweet without any harsh edges.
