IQF (Individually Quick Frozen) Process: Each piece of Orecchiette is frozen using the IQF method, preserving the pasta's freshness and texture while allowing for easy portioning and handling. Cooking Instructions: Boil salted water, and without defrosting, add the frozen Orecchiette to the water. Cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, then drain and season as desired. For optimal results, use one liter of boiling water for every 100 grams of pasta.
