Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing is a cutting-edge method that ensures long-lasting, high-quality prints by transferring designs from a specialized film onto fabric using heat and pressure. This technique is highly versatile, making it suitable for various materials such as cotton, polyester, and blended fabrics. Our DTF gang sheets feature an instant hot peel, eliminating wait time after pressing for a more efficient workflow. Simply set your heat press to 310°F and apply medium to high pressure for 7–10 seconds. If needed, you can press the design a second time after peeling for an even more refined finish. Renowned for their durability, DTF prints maintain their vibrant appearance over time, resisting fading, cracking, and peeling. With its ability to produce detailed and resilient designs quickly and efficiently, this method is an excellent choice for numerous applications.
