Orca 226 Short Sleeve Jersey

When race distances are long, aero matters. Exposed skin can be slow. Orca’s 226 Short Sleeve Jersey covers your shoulders and much of your upper arm, in addition to providing both cooling comfort, and the benefit of three large pockets. This jersey is like the upper half of Orca’s 226 Race Suit. The difference here is that you can match it up with Orca’s 226 shorts, for extra cargo space, or shorts of your choosing. Like the Race Suit, it has Stretchskin fabric for the back and sleeves, a stretchy, compressive spandex, which offers additional support for your body, feeling like it’s keeping your muscles soft thanks to the material gently squeezing down on you. the chest and underarm panels utilize Vapour-Cool fabric. This is a spandex that has nano-crystals impregnated into the fibers. These, when hit with heat, react by cooling. The textile itself wicks quickly and dries fast when air moves over it. The rear features three pockets, like a traditional cycling jersey. The nice thing about the triplet design is how easy it is to balance heavy loads, with a water bottle in the middle, and food on either side. Or a jacket, or stuff it with warmers, if the forecast calls for cooler weather ahead. The Orca 226 Short Sleeve Jersey is perfect for long-distance racing.
