Orange Scotch Bonnet Hot Pepper Seeds

Orange Scotch Bonnet peppers are a great very hot pepper variety originating from Jamaica. The gorgeous orange hue of these peppers will remind you of a setting sun in a tropical paradise...and the taste will help you visualize a Caribbean vacation! These pepper plants grow up to 3 ft. tall and produce great yields of these small, 2" long pepper pods. Shaped like miniature bonnets, these peppers have similar features to Habaneros, growing off plants that perform well in both the garden and in containers. You'll see these hot peppers mature from green to their captivating orange color when they're ready to be picked. You'll enjoy the smoky and fruity flavors of the Orange Scotch Bonnet along with its fiery heat, which can reach beyond 350,000 SHUs! This is a great variety for cooking with meat like chicken or pork. Dry these peppers up and spread them over top of your meat to get that "Jerk Seasoning" taste.
