Orange Oolong Tea #1487

【Tea Description】 Orange Blossom Oolong is a premium flavored oolong tea combining the classic elegance of Tieguanyin oolong with the vibrant freshness of sun-dried orange peels. Sourced from high-mountain tea gardens in Zhejiang, this semi-fermented tea offers a harmonious blend of floral oolong notes and zesty citrus aromas, creating a refreshing and balanced cup. Origin：Zhejiang Sort：Flavored Oolong Tea (Semi-Fermented) Level：Premium Grade Season：Spring (oolong leaves) Caffeine：☆☆☆ Storage：Store in airtight glass or ceramic jars in a cool, dry place away from light and moisture. Avoid mixing with strong odors. 【Production Process】 Combines traditional oolong craftsmanship with natural flavoring: 1. Oolong base: Fresh tea leaves are picked, withered, shaken (yao qing) for partial oxidation, pan-fired, rolled, and roasted to form tight, spiral pellets. 2. Orange infusion: Premium orange peels are carefully dried, then blended with the roasted oolong leaves during the final curing stage to infuse citrus aromas without artificial additives. 【The Dry Tea Leaves】 The dry tea features curly, sand-green oolong pellets interspersed with small, brittle orange peel fragments, creating a visually appealing contrast. The aroma is a bright mix of orchid-like oolong fragrance and fresh-squeezed orange zest, with a subtle honeyed undertone. 【Tea Liquor】 Brewed liquor is a clear, golden-yellow with a soft citrus glow, showcasing a smooth, slightly thick texture and a lingering orange blossom aroma on the surface. 【Tea Taste】 Offers a balanced interplay of oolong’s creamy, floral base and zesty orange brightness. The palate opens with notes of ripe tangerine and osmanthus, followed by a mild astringency that quickly gives way to a sweet, citrusy "hui gan" (returning sweetness). The finish is clean and refreshing, with no bitterness, making it ideal for both casual sipping and multiple infusions. 【Health benefits】 Combines the benefits of oolong tea and citrus: - Rich in polyphenols and vitamin C for enhanced immunity and antioxidant support - Aids digestion and metabolism through oolong’s natural enzymes - Promotes mental clarity and stress relief with moderate caffeine - Hydrates and refreshes, supporting skin health and hydration 【Recommended for】 Ideal for oolong enthusiasts seeking a modern twist, as well as those new to loose-leaf teas for its approachable, fruity profile.
