Add the flavor during kegging or bottling, starting with the lower amount and adjusting gradually to taste. Mix gently and sample before treating the entire batch. Use it in Belgian witbier, wheat beer, pale ale, hard cider, mead, white wine, hard seltzer, or Ranch Water. It also works naturally in sparkling water and craft soda. Vanilla, cranberry, cherry, ginger, coriander, and chocolate can take it in different directions.
