Composed of 94% Cabernet Sauvignon, 3% Cabernet Franc, 1.5% Merlot, 1% Malbec, and 0.5% Petit Verdot, it opens with a vibrant aromatic profile of bright cherry, forest berries, and cut rose stems, interwoven with delicate scents of violets, toasted almond, and anise. On the palate, it reveals layers of blackberry, blueberry, and wild cherry, supported by lively acidity and a rounded finish with notes of mocha and black tea. This supple and cellar-worthy wine pairs beautifully with filet mignon, duck breast with cherry reduction, mushroom risotto, and aged Gouda, each dish enhancing the wine’s depth and finesse. 750ml
