It opens with a sophisticated bouquet of blueberry, cassis, and dried rose petals, layered with notes of olive, cigar box, and graphite. On the palate, it reveals bright red-fruit flavors, cocoa, and fresh orange peel, all harmonized by fine-grained tannins and a long, elegant finish with hints of wet stone, vanilla, and coffee. This wine pairs beautifully with dishes like filet mignon with truffle butter, duck breast with cherry gastrique, wild mushroom risotto, and aged cheeses such as Comté or Manchego, each enhancing the wine’s depth and finesse. 1.5Liter
