Opinel Le Petit Chef Set

Opinel knives are the sort that get passed on and shared. This should also be said for your love of good food and cooking. The Opinel Le Petit Chef Set is a real set of kitchen tools, intelligently designed and sized for children who are ready to join you in the kitchen. This box set includes a 4" kitchen knife, a finger guard and a peeler. The small, lightweight knife is made from quality stainless steel and features a relatively deep heel for knuckle clearance and genuine functionality. It has a rounded tip and small beechwood handle, as well as a smart finger ring that positions the index finger and prevents it from wandering towards the blade. The peeler also has a stainless steel blade and beechwood handle with a finger ring that helps promote a smooth pulling motion. The red finger guard not only protects the hand that is holding food while it's being cut; it also trains the fingers to adopt the position that chefs use when cutting!
