Operation Car for a Starr

Starr is a success story that was years in the making, four years to be exact.  She's off the streets, has her kids back, made it through MA school and is gainfully employed. The one thing she's lacking is transportation of her own, which is something she has NEVER had.  We're going to change that. Target raise is $2,500 (or a donated car in Memphis, TN), just need to find her something that goes from A to B and has air, nothing fancy---but reliable and safe would be great, as she's got kiddos.
