Openness Mind

Title: OPENNESS MIND Secondary Title: Self-Knowledge and Inner Peace Through Meditation Description: This book continues themes introduced in Gesture of Balance, offering readers more advanced presentations on mind and meditation. Here readers have an array of opportunities to reflect on experience and find their way through the layers of self-image, tension, fears, and emotions to the ground of authentic being. Beginning with openness, the teachings deepen through meditation and move beyond meanings to engage the path of Dharma directly. Continuing to unfold, the progression points toward the awakening of Bodhicitta, mind free of illusions, mind no longer separated from enlightenment.
