Opening to Reality

This is a selection of edgy talks that reflect the Vajrayana practice of welcoming chaos, uncertainty, and the unknown into our lives. Here, Reggie discusses the attributes of genuine spiritual practice and shows us how to develop confidence in those experiences that insult the ego and challenge us to leap further than we thought possible. We hear that our fundamental sense of loss of control is a positive sign that our practice is working and we are encouraged to stay open to whatever our life might present no matter how weird, frightening, or irrational it might seem. Fundamentally, Reggie’s message is this: do not come to conclusions about any aspect of experience because all of it is relevant, sacred, and full of mystery.
