OPEN MIN.D. Frameset

Typically known for their gravel bikes, OPEN decided to transfer some of their off-road innovation into a performance road machine. The result was the OPEN MIN.D, one of the most user friendly road bikes ever to hit the market. OPEN designed this as the road bike that they would want to ride. The frame balances a low weight with top of the line power transfer, and the best possible comfort in the performance road category. OPEN was sure to keep the OPEN MIN.D as simple as possible in terms of design. They simply wanted to make a road bike that would cover all bases for an enthusiastic rider who wants performance in all areas. Keeping with that theme, the MIN.D has the simple yet sleek aesthetic that riders have come to expect from OPEN, giving them yet another powerhouse frame for riders to enjoy. When it comes to comfortable performance, no one does it better than OPEN. The OPEN MIN.D. The Continuous Seattube has a diameter of just 25mm, creating one of the most comfortable saddle experiences available. The tube and post blend uninterrupted, removing overlap between the two, making the compliance of the frame more effective. The saet to bar reach combines comfort and speed while also blending solid stability with quick agility. As one would expect from an OPEN bike, the MIN.D has the ability to veer off the road. With room for 32mm tires, there is no challenge too big for the OPEN MIN.D. Years of experience experimenting with gravel bikes were considered when dialing in the pure road bike geometry of the OPEN MIN.D. This resulted in testing various headtube and chainstay lengths before settling on what OPEN feels is a new generation of road handling. They also found an incredibly efficient tube shape which resulted in low weight and high strength. This leads to incredible power transfer and speed, making the OPEN MIN.D far more than just a comfortable road bike. The Wire Thin chainstays are extremely narrow, providing unbeatable vertical compliance and powerful forward propulsion. With the new OPEN MIN.D riders will never have to choose between feeling good and going fast again. An evolution of the OPEN U-Turn Fork, this bike utilizes the R-Turn Fork. This fork takes away any need for an adapter when switching between 140mm and 160mm rotors, taking away unnecessary weight and adding to the control of the bike. The OPEN MIN.D also allows for internal cable routing, adding some extra aerodynamics and maintaingn the sleek look of the frame. Coming in at a very reasonable price, the OPEN MIN.D is one of those frames that every cycling enthusiast will want to get their hands on. Incredibly low weight, excellent power, and unmatched comfort are all an option with the OPEN MIN.D Frameset.
