Opel Blitz Maultier

The Opel Blitz Maultier miniature represents a German half-track truck used during World War II. Built on the chassis of the Opel Blitz 3-ton truck, the Maultier was adapted with a tracked rear to improve mobility in rough, muddy terrain, particularly on the Eastern Front. It was widely used for transporting supplies, ammunition, and troops. The vehicle's half-track design made it more versatile than a standard truck, providing improved traction and stability under harsh conditions. The Opel Blitz Maultier became a staple of the German logistical effort during the war. This is a fully assembled miniature model that requires no additional gluing or kit assembly.
