Includes two Custom Preset Modes to save your own personal favorite cook settings–to make it your way. Prefer your pizza a little crispier on top? Adjust the Crisping Intensity setting to focus more heat on the top of your pizza for crispier toppings and crust. Need to proof or defrost dough quickly? Use Dough-Proofing Mode to bring the oven’s temperature as low as 70 °F. Use the Boost function in Neapolitan Mode to supercharge the oven’s top heating element to deliver pro-level pizza in just 90 seconds. Volt 2's built-in timer adds accuracy and ease to your bakes. It uses expertly-calibrated settings for each preset mode. You can also personalize the timing settings to get it just the way you like it. Includes a removable, dishwasher-safe filter system that vents smoke and steam to keep both your kitchen and the Volt 2’s interior clean. Compact design allows for easy storage in kitchen cupboards.
