This beautiful whiskey is aged for 5 years in new American oak before being transferred and finished in used French oak Cabernet Sauvignon barrels for an additional year. This bourbon, which was “Highly Recommended” by the Beverage Testing Institute, is finished for nine months in French oak barrels from a 100-point Washington Cabernet Sauvignon producer.
