Online Coaching

You bought the equipment. Now let's make sure you're using it the right way. Not 'substitute a dumbbell for the cable.' Not 'here's a 12-week template, good luck.' A real coach who knows your equipment, your schedule, and what your joints can actually handle. That's what Bells of Steel Online Coaching is. Most remote coaching falls into two buckets: Hardcore competitor prep — time-heavy, recovery-heavy, designed for people with two hours a day and nothing else to do. Generic 'remote coaching' that's basically a template with your name on it. We don't do either. You work 1-on-1 with Mo or Aleesha. Not an algorithm. Not a rotating roster. Your coach. We start with a kickoff call: your goals, your equipment, your schedule, your injury history, and your stress load. Then we build a program that fits your life — not an idealised version of it. Compounds first. Logical progressions. Rep ranges that match your goal. Conditioning when it supports the plan — not random fatigue. And when life gets messy? Your plan adapts instead of collapsing. Ongoing adjustments, not a one-time PDF. Who It's ForThis is for the busy parent who can't afford to 'figure it out' for six months. For the comeback lifter whose joints don't tolerate ego training. For the home gym owner who wants a plan that fits real life — and actually progresses. If you want to feel strong, move better, and not get hurt — without spending hours researching programs and guessing whether what you're doing is working — this is for you. We'll tell you exactly what to do. And exactly why. Coaches + PlatformYou work with Mo Youssef (National Certificate in Strength & Conditioning, trained under Olympic champion Mohamed Ehab, specialises in adults 40+) or Aleesha Gettis (BKin, Registered Professional Kinesiologist, 4+ years coaching experience). Your assignment is based on goals, equipment, and coaching fit — not a spin of the wheel. Coaching is delivered through the Bells of Steel Training App — professional coaching software used by thousands of certified coaches worldwide. That means elite-level tracking, progress reports, 1,000+ demo videos with cues, and in-app messaging. All in one place. Coaching includes full Training App access. No separate subscription needed. Start with a Starter Month — no commitment, full onboarding. It's front-loaded support: kickoff call, intake, custom program, first adjustments. Best if you want to hit the ground running without locking in. 3-Month is the sweet spot for real progress. 12-Month is best value — because consistency beats novelty every time. Couples Coaching also available: two profiles, two custom programs, two sets of form reviews. One stronger household. How Access WorksAfter purchase, your coach will be notified of your order and reach out to invite you to the app. In the app, you fill out the onboarding form, then have a kickoff call with your coach. They build your program and schedule a second call to walk through it and answer any questions. Not sure if this is right for you? Fill out this form and one of our expert coaches will reach out within 1–2 business days to answer any questions — no pressure, no commission.
