Grief Coaching Package (4 Sessions)

It feels better having a traveling companion along the journey of grief. MY COMMITMENT TO YOU As a grief coach, I help you work through your loss, while building personal routines, managing daily triggers, and making plans on how to approach everything from practical goals to emotional milestones. Please note: Grief coaching is different from grief therapy. Grief coaching is appropriate for those seeking practical support and help with non-clinical goals. Grief therapy focuses on clinical mental health support (e.g. diagnosis and treatment of issues such as clinical depression, anxiety, or trauma). I am happy to discuss the difference with you, if you'd like. The good news is: I can do both! If you're interested in grief therapy, please find me at https://www.therapeuticlifestylecenter.com/ .   Each session is 45 minutes and is usually held via Zoom on a weekly or biweekly basis. WHY CHOOSE THIS GRIEF COACHING OPTION The Grief Coaching Package is the best option for those who could use ongoing, personalized guidance from someone who's been there. By meeting on a more ongoing basis (versus a one-time meeting), you can get in-depth practice with and instruction on coping skills, a better understanding of what to expect in the process of grief, and opportunities to check-in regularly with someone who can help you make decisions about life after loss. DISCOUNTED RATE A one-time session costs $50, but when you purchase this bundle package, you get 4 grief coaching sessions for $175. A savings of $25.  NEXT STEPS AFTER PURCHASING Once your payment is received, you will receive an email with scheduling and further instructions within 72 business hours. Disclaimer: You have within 6 months of purchase date to use your 4 sessions. No refunds are offered for failure to schedule or attend sessions on the part of the customer.
