On The SOS E-Book by Mike Perry

What Will You Learn? There are very few opportunities in an athletes’ career where they can dedicate six weeks to improving their strength, muscle mass and muscular endurance. There are also endless cookie cutter programs that promise to deliver results, but may also beat the crap out of your joints in the process. Over the last decade, I’ve been fortunate enough to work with hundreds of athletes. We’ve worked together to successfully improve their strength, muscle mass and endurance, all while staying healthy in the process. After running variations of this program in the past, people were asking these athletes if they were using PEDs!?  They weren’t, but they were training at our gym, Skill of Strength, so we said they were “On the S.O.S.” On the S.O.S. is a 6-week intensive program designed to improve strength, power, and muscular endurance.  This program is 3 days per week and can be executed with kettlebells or dumbbells, a barbell and your own body weight. This e-book includes: A 6-week training program - 3x per week. Training guidelines on rest, tracking, timing etc. Some alternatives and substitute exercises so you can customize the program based off of your training experience and injury history. A comprehensive warm-up with a video link.
