Scarlet Tanager 2oz Silver Rum 1oz Pineapple juice 1oz Strawberry Sage .5oz Aperol .5oz lemon juice -Combine all the ingredients into a shaker with ice -Shake vigorously to combine -Strain into a Collins glass filled with ice -Garnish with a fresh pineapple chunk
