On-Site Event Deposit This deposit secures your on-site Permanent Jewelry or Bracelet Bar experience with Golden Bond Jewelry. By placing this deposit, your event date and time are officially reserved, and our team begins preparation for your experience — including staffing, inventory planning, travel logistics, and event coordination. What This Deposit Covers Reservation of your event date & time Event planning and coordination Staffing and on-site setup Inventory preparation and logistics Important Details This deposit is locks in your event,  unless otherwise stated in your proposal. Final pricing is based on guest count, experience type, and jewelry selections. For Prepaid, Large Volume Events | Corporate & Business - A customized invoice will be sent prior to your event for the remaining balance. For A La Carter, Private Events | Paid by Guests - A Guests will invoiced on site  for the balance of their jewelry. Deposits are non-refundable due to the planning and resources allocated once your date is secured.
